Ingredients:
3 very ripe avocados, mashed
1 small sweet purple onion, chopped small
1 green onion, chopped small including the tops
4 to 6 cloves of garlic, minced
3 to 4 plumb or Roma tomatoes, chopped small
¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon sugar
juice of 3 limes
salt and fresh coarse ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well and chill thoroughly before serving. This
is great as a dip or as an accompaniment to tacos, burritos and other foods.
Try putting a dollop on an omelet.
